KJS180 series NC precision slitting production line is for material 3mm thick, max.1 600mm width of coil, with speed 180m/min, cutting strips 30 pieces.

The machine consists of coil car, uncoiler, straightener, loop I, slitting machine, scrapwinder, loop II, tension unit (pad tension/belt bridle tension), belt brille, recoiler, asisting support, exit coil car, hydraulic system, electrical system etc.
With computer display, the whole line is controlled by PLC which is one of the brands including Mitsubishi, Siemens, and servo motor/inverter/electronic brand from Yaskawa, Delta, and Schneider.
Belt briddle tension the precision surface requirements with a big cost saving.
