W43G has a frame structure, the top rolls can move up or down if needed, the gradient of top rolls also can be adjusted to maintain better leveling quality.  
The rolls are full or semi-driven. 

There are two pinching rolls at the entrance side of the machine, they can transport the plates.
Straightening machine is a special equipment for mental material working. It is used for straightening curling simplified sheet in cold condition and uneven sheet in cold condition and uneven sheet (mixed with carbon ,stainless plate,aluminums sheet ,other mental plate) It may accord to the relative equipment or opening straightening ,cutting production line and other metal sheet materials producing lines and be suitable for machinery ,vehicles, metal production ,household appliances, steel structure, ornament.

The roller adopts high quality steel rolling which has a large number of rollers, short diameter and high precision for alignment.
There are electrical coarse adjustment and manual fine tunning for alignment roller adjusting.
The ends of the alignment roller and supporting roller adopts high precise quill bearing which has high efficient transmission and long lifespan.
