It mainly includes uncoiler, straightener, flying shearer, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system, etc., the line can make sure of accurate feeding and shearing. It can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials with surface coating. Flying shear cut to length line is controlled by servo system.  Motion follows line speed so that accuracy is maintained even if line speed varies.
Electronics and software give maximum flexibility, and enable fast changeover to new lengths, speeds, and other process parameters.
Digital control provides for high throughput and accurate cuts with minimal waste.
